I bought these to have as a snack (or even a meal) when I am working. I love the taste and texture. Kind of hard to eat while drving (but who should be doing that anyway). I find they really satisfy my hunger and keep my blood sugar up for hours till I can have a real meal. I am gluten intolerant and I love that these are gluten free. It is very hard to find tasty GF snacks. My husband has starting eating them too. Well worth the cost, considering you're getting a meal out of it. Much healthier than fast food and keeps me from having to even consider it. I like to have one in my purse at all times and I have found they don't melt, which is great. I would recommend these to anyone, I bet kids would really love them, since the peanut butter covers up the protein taste.
