The robe was not what I expected. When the description said Fleece I assumed it was all fleece. However, upon receiving it and looking at it one side is fleece but the other side is a knit jersey. I would have never ordered it in the first place. I'm awaiting a refund. I also asked for a full return as the description was not a full description and would not have wasted my time or money. Their policy is not to return s/h. I wrote them telling them I believe I am due a full return as well as my return postage. If they do not, I'll be out around $14 for something they failed to disclose. I will look further into this with the BBB if need be. This is the first time I'll be going this far.
