What I Like
The activity feature on this remote makes a home entertainment system simple to operate. The computer program that allows you to set-up your remote is much easier than entering a bunch of codes and going through your remotes programming.

What could be improved
The number buttons are quite small (although with a digital cable box and guide feature, how often do you really use the numbers). The remote is supposed to be able to operate fans, but I was unable to get that feature to work while using the train remote feature.

Why Logitech?
The original Harmony 550 I bought from Amazon had an issue some of the buttons not responding after 3 months. I called Logitech to talk to them about the situation and they sent me a brand new remote to replace the old one; not to mention they were very pleasurable to deal with through the entire process.

Overall Impression
It's a bit of a novelty, but if someone in your house is complaining about how hard it is to operate your entertainment system, this will definitely change their mind. I wish I had bought this sooner.
