I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I had problems with it since the beggining. To start off with, my Sandisk MicroSD card was hard to get into this adapter. I had to force it in the first few times before it would start going in easy. It would not work in my computers media reader but it did work in my PSP which is why I bought the thing for. But now I just noticed yesterday that when ever my MicroSD is in the adapter there is a slight buldge on the back of it. Upon looking closer I saw that a thin crack line is begginig to show. I'm affraid that if I keep pulling the MicroSD card in and out of it that it's going to break the adapter. The back of the Memory Stick adapter is too thin and needs to be recalled and corrected.
