My work days are like "living at the ZOO!". Plus I am dealing with a number of personal problems...my own health and the health of family members (I'm in the "sandwich" generation). I had a standing appointment each week with a great massage therapist. She had this selection in her music library. She has since gone out of business, and I am glad I found this, because although I have tried over-the-counter sleep aids, prescription sleep aids, new matresses, listening to the radio at night...this is one thing that can "take me away" and help me get a good night's sleep. For those who don't need help sleeping and are into meditation...create a private, quiet space in your home (it doesn't have to be umpteen square feet) and put these on! It will take you away!
