I could no longer purchase the item from Costco. I found it at the Amazon web-site. I was very pleased to have the correct toothbrush head for my sonicare toothbrush. The replacement heads came as quickly as I expected. My family was extremely happy to have a fresh new toothbrush head. They could feel that their teeth were getting clean easier. Their breath was fresher and their smiles were brighter.
