excellent product. great for one or two person household. only complaints are outside gets very hot and could burn someone if accidently brushed up against it. i keep it away from the wall and anything plastic. i don't know if other brands don't have this problem. i would also like to non stick interior to the crock to make cleaning up easier. you have to remember to spray the inside before using. also remember to put root vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes in first then meat then sauce ingredients, since the vegetables take longer to cook. some meats such as chicken are better off cooked at high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, since they can get dry even with the sauce. over all though i really like this product but i would have bought an oval shaped one, since food fits better in it. i'd like to see the following features, timer, keep warm button, oval shape, heat proof outside, non stick interior, on a small sized unit. i don't think any company is making the smaller size with these features. until they do, this is a very good product. + See Full Customer Review |  |
