Rating : - On the softer side
This lens is on softer side. Little bit hot look to the pictures-redness. This sometimes looks good, but not everyone would like it. You might see the dark black spot at the bottom centre of the picture, if picures are taken with pop-up flash at 17mm and with filter on. Lots of distortion at 17mm. Sharpness decreases towards the edges of the picture.
