This product has validity as a natural spray that really opens up the sinuses. As for it's Migrane Headache claims, it seemed to make a small difference in the severity of the pain for about 30 minutes. I ended up having to take the over the counter pain reliever to end the headache.

On the up side, knowing that nothing works for all people, this company does stand by it's claim to refund if not satisfied. I'm thankful for that!
