| Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Highly Recommend Had this bed for about 6 months now and has really helped my back recover from a major injury 1 year ago. I had fallen hard off a bike onto concrete and landed on my upper back. Went through hospital visits, chiropractor and long physical therapy.
Several other 'high end' beds that we had purchased were not good and sunk in, even though they were newer 'don't need to rotate' versions. We literally went through 4 beds in about 2 years.
The Good : 1. You can have a separate firmness or softness from your partner. 2. When you go to a showroom of any bed store , you may think you like a certain firmness, but you never know until you get it home and live with it. Here, it's not a problem! I've gone from a 45 at the start up to a much firmer 70. 3. You don't have to rotate! 4. I haven't been back to my chiropractor in months! Golf doesn't really impact my back either now...
The Not So Good : 1. It's no '45 minute assembly' like they say. It really is a 3 - 4 hour job. The plastics base is really tough to assemble. The instructions said we were supposed to get some extra layer and it was not there. Called them after wasting an hour looking for it and they said, "Oh - the model you have doesn't come with that layer!" 2. At night, I can hear the pump click a bit once in awhile as it takes my (200lb) weight. It usually only lasts a few minutes.
My Opinion : This is a great deal and you will sleep better than ever!
