I use a slo-mo for Pilates but bought one for myself because my back became quite if-fy and my Pilates teacher showed me how to lie on it and move my lower back/upper pelvis clockwise, slowly, breathing with pilate breaths to help. It did. I now find many uses for Slo-Mo. It sits behind my back making me sit up properly while watching a DVD or even sitting out in the sun. I hug it to me for comfort as I sleep. Oh, yes, I do love my Slo-Mo! Don't fill it all the way to make it work well. Use it between your knees in table-top to do twists in yoga or for a pilates bridge. I'm sure there are a zillion more things to do with it.
