At only 140 calories, they make a great snack before or after a workout-without loading you up on calories. The other good thing about them is that they have 10 grams of protein- which means you stay full for awhile (studies have shown that between fats, carbs, and protein, its protein that stays in the stomach longer than the rest- leaving you with a full feeling longer). So unless you hate raisins or cinnamon, give 'em a try! Also recommend the Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer if you're looking for a good pedometer. + See Full Customer Review |  |
