The bike arrived in less than a week, and wasn't hard to put together. One note however, some of the nuts and bolts were already attached to some pieces, I kept looking through the packing material for them, because the instructions listed them, and then realized they were already attached. I love how quiet it is, I can easily watch tv with my family and not disturb anyone. It is easy to do, and effective. I've been losing weight since I've been using it, and am so happy that it really is easy to use, and comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis in my left heel, so this is a perfect way for me to exercise. This is a very sturdy bike that will last for a long time. I would highly recommend this bike.
