I love this shower head. I have been a user of this brand for years. The only down size to it is that its cracks easily. I have been through 4 in the last 2 years. It wasn't a problem when I could get them locally but now I have to order them online. The company is out of business and will not honor the lifetime warranty that they originally promised. Over all will I continue to purchase this unit over and over again. Yes, Its that great of a product with 1 major design flaw, but well worth the money.
