| Customer Reviews: Average Rating:  Rating : - Don't buy this montior, replacment is the worst service ever. This monitor was great for the 11 months it worked for me. Except for plug and play issues, you can read about online if you search.
Just recently, exactly one year after i purchased it, this monitor is no longer detectable by either my laptop or pc.
I sent it back to view sonic, and its been over 14 business days, they keep giving the run-around.
They automatically tried adding 5 days to my RMA status instead of honoring the arrival date. Luckily, i kept my tracking number to prove to them they received it on the 20th, and not the 25th like they forced me to believe. They have no problem changing the date if you keep your tracking number. Also the replacement model will take about 7 to 10 business days to ship back. They are not sure which model will be shipped and can't tell me when the will receive replacement parts. (two months without a monitor or more?)
The last 3 days I've called have been the 14th day. Tomorrow I'm supposed to get a new monitor. Yesterday i was supposed to as well. Well see what happens.
Other Thoughts: If your willing to wait over a month and dealing with customer service who tries to schmooze you into additional days of RMA, then this monitor is for you. If i had known this about View Sonic's customer service, i would have chosen a different monitor.
