I bought my first pair of Fei Yue shoes after taking up kung fu, a couple of years ago, and I've been wearing them ever since -- all day, every day, indoors and outdoors (except when it's pouring rain). I'm going through a pair every 1 1/2 year, and only throw them out when they get a little too smudgy. They're basic, light and extremely durable -- not to mention cheap.
